About Azam
My name is Azam Azadi and I'm a registered psychotherapist with a PhD in Neuropsychology, a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, and a Bachelor's degree with Honors in Psychology. My approach is rooted in the science of how the brain works, and guided by the belief that healing happens through connection, understanding, and the right kind of support.
I specialize in working with ADHD and trauma, helping clients gain clarity, reduce overwhelm, and find new ways to move forward. Whether you're struggling with focus, emotional regulation, nervous system dysregulation, or patterns that seem stuck on repeat, we'll work together to make sense of it and build tools that work in real life.
In addition to my specialization, I also support individuals, couples, and families dealing with anxiety, depression, grief, and relationship challenges. I work with clients across the lifespan, from children to adolescents to adults, and always with a culturally sensitive, individualized approach.
My style is integrative and flexible, drawing from evidence-based methods like:
- EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing)
- IFS (Internal Family Systems)

- Somatic Therapy

- EFT (Emotionally Focused Therapy)

- CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy)

- DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy)
In our work together, you can expect a space that’s grounded, supportive, and focused on what matters most to you. You don’t have to have everything figured out before you reach out, that’s what the work is for. Whether you're looking to understand yourself better, improve relationships, or heal from the past, you are welcome here.
